on Aug 16, 2010 Male patient from FINLAND , 62 years of age, was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus and was treated with Panacod (View Usage). Patient experienced the following unwanted or unexpected effects: hepatic failure, hepatic necrosis, hepatitis acute. Panacod dosage: 1/2-1 Tab. 1-3 X A Day. During the same period patient was treated with AMARYL (View Amaryl Review and Amaryl Label ), DIFORMIN (View Diformin Review and Diformin Label ), PARA TABS (View Para-tabs Review and Para-tabs Label ). Patient was hospitalized.
