on Dec 06, 2006 Female patient from GERMANY , 66 years of age, weighting 132.3 lb, was diagnosed with chronic hepatitis, hepatitis c (What is hepatitis c?) and was treated with Pegintron (View Usage). Patient experienced the following unwanted or unexpected effects: hepatic failure, oedema peripheral. Pegintron dosage: 80 Mcg;qw;sc. During the same period patient was treated with REBETOL (800 Mg;qd;po) (View Rebetol Review and Rebetol Label ). Patient was hospitalized.
