on Jan 17, 2008 Female patient from UNITED STATES , 43 years of age, was diagnosed with gastrointestinal stromal tumour and was treated with Perifosine (View Usage). Patient experienced the following unwanted or unexpected effects: eye irritation, slit-lamp tests abnormal, ulcerative keratitis. Perifosine dosage: 900 Mg/week (3 Divided Doses Of 300 Mg Each). During the same period patient was treated with GLEEVEC (View Gleevec Review and Gleevec Label ).
