on Feb 01, 2006 Male patient from UNITED STATES , weighting 268.5 lb, was diagnosed with surgery (What is surgery?), anaesthesia and was treated with Phenol (View Usage). Patient experienced the following unwanted or unexpected effects: asthenia, dizziness (What is dizziness?), hyperhidrosis, nausea (What is nausea?), post procedural complication, syncope, syncope vasovagal. Phenol dosage: Cotton Swabs X 3 (30 Sec. Each) Topical. During the same period patient was treated with LIDOCAINE (1% (3 Cc Given) X 1 Injection) (View Lidocaine Review and Lidocaine Label ), ACETAMINOPHEN (View Acetaminophen Review and Acetaminophen Label ), OMEPRAZOLE (View Omeprazole Review and Omeprazole Label ). Patient was hospitalized.
