PHYTONADIONE dosage: 1 MG X1 IV DRIP 1 DDOSE ONLY. During the same period patient was treated with METOPROLOL TARTRATE, LIPITOR, COUMADIN, FUROSEMIDE, ZAROXOLYN, ZESTRIL, AMIODARONE. Patient died on 12/25/2007.
