on May 22, 2008 Female patient from UNITED STATES , 58 years of age, weighting 293.9 lb, was diagnosed with hyperlipidaemia and was treated with Pravafen (View Usage). Patient experienced the following unwanted or unexpected effects: spinal fusion surgery. Pravafen dosage: 40/160 Mg, Qd, Po. During the same period patient was treated with MIRALAX (View Miralax Review and Miralax Label ), LASIX (View Lasix Review and Lasix Label ), FLONASE (View Flonase Review and Flonase Label ), LISINOPRIL (View Lisinopril Review and Lisinopril Label ), PRILOSEC (View Prilosec Review and Prilosec Label ), OSTEO BI FLEX (View Osteo-bi-flex Review and Osteo-bi-flex Label ), ASPIRIN (View Aspirin Review and Aspirin Label ), MULTI VITAMIN (View Multi-vitamin Review and Multi-vitamin Label ). Patient was hospitalized.
