After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood amylase increased, lipase increased. Pravastatin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREVISCAN, DAFLON, ACTONEL. Patient recovered.

Pravastatin dosage: ONE YEAR PRIOR TO THIS 40MG DAILY DOSE, THE PATIENT TOOK 20 MG DAILY FOR ONE YEAR.. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, FOSAMAX. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with EFFEXOR, XENAZINE, PREVISCAN, DAFLON, ACTONEL, STILNOX, ABUFENE, AGREAL. Patient recovered.
