on Mar 06, 2007 Male patient from UNITED STATES, , 29 years of age, was diagnosed with soft tissue disorder, surgery (What is surgery?) and was treated with Preshaped. After Preshaped was administered, patient had the following side effects: Preshaped and graft infection, Preshaped and impaired healing, Preshaped and post procedural complication. Preshaped dosage: Single Use, 014. During the same period patient was treated with PRESHAPED HEMI BTB. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled.
