on Aug 14, 2009 Male patient from JAPAN, , weighting 145.3 lb, was diagnosed with dysgeusia, rash (What is rash?), prophylaxis, blood pressure (What is blood pressure?) and was treated with Promac. After Promac was administered, patient had the following side effects: Promac and cerebral infarction. Promac dosage: Unk. During the same period patient was treated with PARIET, MYSER, UREPEARL, HIRUDOID, AZUNOL, ADALAT, BLOPRESS, RENIVACE. Patient was hospitalized.
