After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: abdominal pain upper, antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody positive, antiphospholipid syndrome, arthralgia, cardiac murmur, coagulation factor xiii level decreased, deep vein thrombosis, glomerulonephritis, goitre.
