Physician from UNITED KINGDOM reported QUALAQUIN problem on May 27, 2008. Female patient, 60 years of age, was diagnosed with muscle spasms and was treated with QUALAQUIN. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: hunger, hypoglycaemia, tremor, type 2 diabetes mellitus, vision blurred, weight decreased, weight increased. QUALAQUIN dosage: 300 MG DAILY, ORAL. Patient recovered.

Qualaquin Side Effects Report #5768472-8
QUALAQUIN problem was reported by a Health Professional from on May 25, 2008. Male patient, 58 years of age, was diagnosed with muscle spasms and was treated with QUALAQUIN. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: chills, cholestasis, dermatitis exfoliative, granulomatous liver disease, hepatitis, myalgia, pyrexia. QUALAQUIN dosage: 300 MG, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with INSULIN, RAMIPRIL, AMLODIPINE, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
