on Jun 22, 2007 Female patient from EGYPT , 76 years of age, weighting 132.3 lb, was diagnosed with chest discomfort, pulmonary sarcoidosis, lower respiratory tract infection, gastrooesophageal reflux disease, thrombosis prophylaxis, cerebrovascular disorder, oxygen saturation decreased and was treated with Quibron (View Usage). Patient experienced the following unwanted or unexpected effects: altered state of consciousness, clonic convulsion, hallucination. Quibron dosage: . During the same period patient was treated with SLOW K (View Slow-k Review and Slow-k Label ), COMBIVENT (View Combivent Review and Combivent Label ), PRIMAXIN (View Primaxin Review and Primaxin Label ), PRILOSEC (View Prilosec Review and Prilosec Label ), ENOXAPARIN SODIUM (View Enoxaparin Sodium Review and Enoxaparin Sodium Label ), DUXIL (View Duxil Review and Duxil Label ). Patient was hospitalized.
