on Jan 12, 2005 Male patient from , 68 years of age, was diagnosed with multiple myeloma (What is multiple myeloma?) and was treated with Replavite (View Usage). Patient experienced the following unwanted or unexpected effects: infection (What is infection?), osteonecrosis (What is osteonecrosis?), primary sequestrum, sequestrectomy, tooth extraction, wound debridement. Replavite dosage: 1 Cup, Qhs. During the same period patient was treated with AREDIA (90 Mg, Unk) (View Aredia Review and Aredia Label ), AMIODARONE HCL (200 Mg, Qid) (View Amiodarone Hcl Review and Amiodarone Hcl Label ), CALCIUM CARBONATE (500 Mg, Tid) (View Calcium Carbonate Review and Calcium Carbonate Label ), MULTI VITAMINS (View Multi-vitamins Review and Multi-vitamins Label ), EPREX (View Eprex Review and Eprex Label ), PALAFER (300 Mg, Qhs) (View Palafer Review and Palafer Label ), LABETALOL (200 Mg, Tid) (View Labetalol Review and Labetalol Label ), LEVOTHYROXINE SODIUM (0.2 Mg/d) (View Levothyroxine Sodium Review and Levothyroxine Sodium Label ).
