After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: gastrostomy tube insertion. RILUZOLE dosage: 25MG TWICE ADAY PO. During the same period patient was treated with TYLENOL, GLYCOLAX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
