Male patient, 57 years of age, weighting 176.0 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with SECTRAL. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: abasia, activities of daily living impaired, angina pectoris, cardiovascular disorder, chest pain
