and was treated with Seroquel. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: overdose. Seroquel dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PARACETAMOL, CANNABIS, ETHANOL, PAROXETINE. Patient died.Seroquel Side Effects Report #5220658-7
