on Jul 17, 2009 Female patient from UNITED KINGDOM, , 67 years of age, was diagnosed with cardiac disorder and was treated with Slozem. After Slozem was administered, patient had the following side effects: Slozem and blood creatine phosphokinase increased, Slozem and cardiac enzymes increased, Slozem and myalgia. Slozem dosage: (120 Mg Qd), (df). During the same period patient was treated with LIPITOR, LANSOPRAZOLE.
