on Sep 16, 2008 Male patient from UNITED STATES, , weighting 194.0 lb, was diagnosed with parkinson's disease (What is parkinson's disease?) and was treated with Stavelo. After Stavelo was administered, patient had the following side effects: Stavelo and rhabdomyolysis. Stavelo dosage: 100 Mg 4 Times Daily Po (duration: Several Months). During the same period patient was treated with ATORVASTATIN CALCIUM. Patient was hospitalized.

After Stavelo was administered, patient had the following side effects: Stavelo and ascites, Stavelo and congestive cardiomyopathy, Stavelo and dyskinesia, Stavelo and pericardial effusion, Stavelo and polyserositis. Stavelo dosage: 100/25/200 Mg X 2. During the same period patient was treated with REQUIP, MODOPAR, LODALES, APROVEL, LASILIX, NITROGLYCERIN, KARDEGIC, SERETIDE. Patient was hospitalized.

After Stavelo was administered, patient had the following side effects: Stavelo and blood creatine phosphokinase increased, Stavelo and blood fibrinogen increased, Stavelo and hypokalaemia, Stavelo and myocardial infarction, Stavelo and thrombocytopenia. Stavelo dosage: 50/12, 5/200 Mg X 10 Oral. During the same period patient was treated with CLONAZEPAM, DEROXAT, REQUIP. Patient was hospitalized.
