Physician from UNITED STATES reported TAPAZOLE problem on Jan 25, 2007. Female patient, 42 years of age, weighting 144.0 lb, was diagnosed with basedow's disease and was treated with TAPAZOLE. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood bilirubin increased. TAPAZOLE dosage: 10 MG BID. During the same period patient was treated with PROPRANOLOL. Patient recovered.
