During the same period patient was treated with METHOTREXATE SODIUM (View Methotrexate Sodium Review and Methotrexate Sodium Label ), STEROIDS NOS (View Steroids Nos Review and Steroids Nos Label ), VITAMIN D3 (View Vitamin D3 Review and Vitamin D3 Label ), ANALGESICS (View Analgesics Review and Analgesics Label ), NEORAL (150 Mg/d) (View Neoral Review and Neoral Label ).
