on Jan 05, 2010 Male patient from NETHERLANDS, , weighting 156.5 lb, was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus, hypercholesterolaemia and was treated with Tolbutamide. After Tolbutamide was administered, patient had the following side effects: Tolbutamide and hepatitis (What is hepatitis?). Tolbutamide dosage: 1 Df, Qd. During the same period patient was treated with METFORMIN HYDROCHLORIDE, SIMVASTATIN. Patient was hospitalized.
