Physician from HUNGARY reported TOPOTECAN problem on July 04, 2007. Female patient, 64 years of age, weighting 174.2 lb, was diagnosed with metastases to central nervous system and was treated with TOPOTECAN. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: anaemia, bedridden, fatigue, heart rate increased, impaired self-care, leukopenia, neutropenia, pancytopenia. TOPOTECAN dosage: 1.1MGM2 PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with RADIATION. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
