TRAMADOL dosage: 150 MG, QD, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with MEPERIDINE HYDROCHLORIDE, PANTOPRAZOLE, PREDNISOLONE, AMOXICILLIN, CLARITHROMYCIN, LAMIVUDINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
