After Tryptophan was administered, patient had the following side effects: Tryptophan and affective disorder, Tryptophan and asthenia, Tryptophan and clonic convulsion, Tryptophan and decreased interest, Tryptophan and disturbance in attention, Tryptophan and insomnia, Tryptophan and status epilepticus, Tryptophan and terminal insomnia. Tryptophan dosage: 6 Gm (2 Gm, 3 In 1 D). During the same period patient was treated with LEVOTHYROXINE, CLOMIPRAMINE, LITHIUM CARBONATE, QUETIAPINE FUMARATE, TRICYCLIC ANTIDEPRESSANTS, ETOMIDATE, SUXAMETHONIUM, SEROTONIN REUPTAKE INHIBITORS.
