After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: anaemia macrocytic, blood folate decreased, blood immunoglobulin e increased, c-reactive protein increased, fatigue, full blood count decreased, gastroenteritis, haemoglobin decreased, leukaemia.
