on Nov 23, 2007 Female patient from FRANCE, , 86 years of age, was diagnosed with erysipelas, febrile bone marrow aplasia, urinary tract infection (What is urinary tract infection?) and was treated with Vancomycine. After Vancomycine was administered, patient had the following side effects: Vancomycine and rash maculo-papular, Vancomycine and rash scarlatiniform. Vancomycine dosage: 500 Mg; Twice A Day; Intravenous. During the same period patient was treated with FORTUM, CIFLOX. Patient was hospitalized.

Vancomycine dosage: Intravenous. During the same period patient was treated with GARDENAL, ACETAMINOPHEN, VALIUM, CLAFORAN.
