Male patient, 29 years of age, weighting 195.3 lb, was diagnosed with major depression, hypertension, multiple allergies and was treated with WELLBUTRIN. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: amnesia, confusional state, depressed level of consciousness, depression, epistaxis, fall, heart rate increased, hyperventilation. WELLBUTRIN dosage: 450MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with PAXIL, CELEXA, INDERAL, KLONOPIN, PROZAC, ZOCOR, CHLOR. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: abdominal discomfort, abdominal tenderness, accidental overdose, aggression, agitation, anxiety, back pain, delirium, diarrhoea. WELLBUTRIN dosage: 150MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with PEGASYS, EFFEXOR, CELEXA, OPIATE, BACLOFEN, VOLTAREN, ZITHROMAX, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
