on Aug 09, 2010 Female patient from UNITED STATES, , 56 years of age, weighting 236.0 lb, was diagnosed with spinal osteoarthritis, hypertension and was treated with Xanaflex. After Xanaflex was administered, patient had the following side effects: Xanaflex and asthenia, Xanaflex and atrioventricular block complete, Xanaflex and fatigue, Xanaflex and heart rate decreased. Xanaflex dosage: 2 At Bedtime Po. During the same period patient was treated with AMLODIPINE.
