During the same period patient was treated with FLUOXETINE, PIROXICAM, CALCIUM CHLORIDE, VITAMIN CAP, ASPIRIN, OXYGEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

XOPENEX dosage: 0.63 MG/3ML; QD; INHALATION. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, MAGNOATE, FLOMAX, PAXIL, ELAVIL, ATROVENT, PREDNISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 05/04/2007.
