Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED KINGDOM reported ZOTON problem on Jan 22, 2008. Female patient, 62 years of age, was diagnosed with reflux oesophagitis and was treated with ZOTON. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: condition aggravated, cutaneous lupus erythematosus. ZOTON dosage: 30 MG (30 MG, 1 IN 1 D) PER ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with OMEPRAZOLE, ASPIRIN, TEMAZEPAM. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: toxic epidermal necrolysis. ZOTON dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VANCOMYCIN, LOSEC, ENOXAPARIN, DIFENE, SEPTRIN, TARGOCID, VELOSEF, INNOHEP. Patient died.
