on Feb 24, 2005 Male patient from , , 67 years of age, was diagnosed with prophylaxis and was treated with Zurcazol. After Zurcazol was administered, patient had the following side effects: Zurcazol and hepatorenal failure. Zurcazol dosage: 40 Mg 1x Per 1 Day, Oral. During the same period patient was treated with CLAVULANIC ACID, TICARCILLIN, VOLTAREN, TIMENTIN, BUPIVACAINE, LONARID. Patient died.
