It feels like I am being poked by a neddle but very light no pain or discomfort, it goes away and comes back randomly and last less than a second. At high doses benicar activates the innate immune system. But the thing is... benicar wasn't designed for this. How can it be that this drug that is used for lowering blood pressure also has this affect. Couldn't drug companies then create a similar drug that activates the immune system more efficiently than benicar does but doesn't have the same characteristics?? Hello! I am a 21 year old, 130 pound female with no history of health problems. However, for about a year I have had high blood pressure that has gone untreated. Starting in Jan. I began noticing shortness of breath, tightness in the chest, pain through the shoulders, a cough that will not go away (mainly dry but sometimes mucus comes with it), some bloating in the stomach and feet, and difficulty getting deep breaths. My eyes seem kind of yellowish and I have noticed bulging in my hand veins.

I have chronic back pain due to two herniated discs after failed surgery. I have been prescribed methadone after lortab, neurontin, percocet and spine stimulators have failed to stop the pain. 11 months on 10 mg Lisinopril does work for me. My BP ranges from 110/73 to 120/84. I don't get the coughing, but I still have a constant numb feeling around my upper gum's/lower sinus area.
