My family's sheltie has had itchy skin for the longest time. He doesn't have fleas, ticks, or mange. He scratches all the time and has dandruff. His forehead has gone partially bald. We took her to the vet when we noticed she had been biting at herself and loosing hair. The told is its probably just fleas so we put flea and tick medication on her. That obviously did nothing. I'm curious if anyone can find fault with our new vet's suggestions. Our cat has a strong fungal infection, the vet said ringworm (or like it), but the bumps all over our cat are not circular at all.
