I can't take the usual triptans because I take 5 htp. I have taken Migranal, I have tried Excedrin Migraine (not quite sure why I bothered on that one, but oh well) and I even tried an ultram. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can stop this blasted headache? I am currently sitting with an ice-pack around my head, and it is only helping a small bit.

I have neck problems, anxiety and suffer from daily migraines. I have tried just about every triptan for migraines and several preventative medications. Could not take topamax, zonegran, or beta blockers due to the side effects. I am now on wellbutrin 300mg in the morning, 20mg lexapro at night and 500mg depakote at night.
