I am still at the Synarel Sniffing stage. I had what Dr told me was a chest infection a few weeks ago, had 2 courses of anyibiotics, had on and off sore throat after that which Drs pretty much ignored in spite of my concern that I would be sick going into IVF. I have been on it for a month post-op from a laproscopic endo and ovary removal. I have been very swollen in my tummy area and its about 8 weeks after surgery. My pants don't fit and I have been very nauceous and moody from the synarel. I also have off and on menstrual pain even though I have no period! Has anyone been swollen like this on synrarel? Can it be the surgery or is it the hormones? What can make me feel better?

I am having an IUI tomorrow and doctor prescribed Synarel but I keep reading that this delays ovulation. Has anyone ever taken this before an IUI. Or does anyone know what this drug is used for. Thanks.

I started Synarel for IVF 3 weeks ago. It has not been working due to blood test results. I also have had some weird side effects to Synarel eg increased CM. Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen? And if so how long did it take untill the Synarel worked?
