The effects of geodon (ziprasidone) are hard to get used to , could there be any other medication than this for auditory hallucinations ?

I'm 50 years old and it may be the cause of my problem. I'm bipolar and this is one of the two medications I'm on. It works to clam me down when my depression kicks into high gear as it often does. I have always been bipolar and ocd for as long as I can remember, but I just thought that was "me". I always obsessed and I was always full of energy and manic. It's amazing that I've been able to cope this long. But now that I'm aware that these are there, I'm really having trouble dealing with it. i absolutely hate myself now.. the meds turned me uglier, dumber, unhealthy, and a social retard. i have to think hard every time i have a conversation with someone. i quit college. i used to love working out but i dont even have the strength to do it again.. I once loved my looks, intelligence, health, and social skills. all gone for good now.. i tell myself every day that im going to die alone now because of this... i went from being the best kid out of the family to now the worst.. i didnt

I look worse.. my hair grows differently and i am emotionally unresponsive... I have trouble thinking.. my personality and social skills have sunken to the ground.. and i once had a heavy spiritual blue aura that casted around myself that is now missing.. the only thing that has changed into my life is that i am taking medications now.. do i have to suffer like this for the rest of my life? are there medications that can help me? or did my soul get captured by demons and i am left as a zombie?

I have been recently prescribed Geodon for my BPD. I am also on Zoloft and Lamictal. I took Zyprexa and Risprediol in the past but I"ve stopped since they caused me to gain a lot of wieght. I just started taking it for my bipolar and it has been the worst weekend ever! While I've been so tired and dizzy I can barely walk, I'm so restless at the same time that I can't even sit still for more than a few minutes. It's the worst feeling ever. I could hardly sleep last night and I'm just wondering if anyone knows when this will stop. I'm on 40mg twice daily, but I'm thinking of just taking both tablets at night because I don't see how I will be able to concentrate at school like this.

Well here's a question. I can't seem to find what is all in geodon. I found is has ziprasidone in it but I'm not sure what else.
