Androgel

I have been using Androgel 1.62% (three pumps daily) for two weeks now. I am starting to feel subtle changes for the better but am also experiencing a rash and itching on the application sites. In reading several forums, I find this is not all that uncommon but cannot find anything to indicate if this will abate or if there is a simple fix for this side effect. While it is not terrible, I cannot see using this long term with this side effect. Any suggestions? Thanks.

what has happened to me is that i now have breasts. The dr said that i can have that fixed. i had my prostate out and am now on ANDROGEL after 8 years. I now get erections but have to take a needle for that. What gets me is im getting my miscsle back in my shoulders and arems and legs- That is good. The breasts i can live without. Whats the deal with this. I dont need to hear from a Dr who says -there are Dr,s who can look after this---I get the idea plastic surgey is the norm.. I dont want another operatrion. What do i do and is there other men who are going thru this. I am a 57 year old male and yes i had my prostate out at 48---Cancer can be beaten---

Any women out there taking androgel (1/2 pump) due to POF or early menopause?

I'm suffering from lots of migraines and nausea and I think it could be the Androgel.

I have a couple questions I hope canbe answered here.  (1)  Do I jave to keep the application area of the Androgel covered any time I have it applied, or is it safe to have skin to skin contact a few hours later?  Also, and this may sound crazy, but I have a small very happy dog that is a licker, is there any danger to it?

Same here. I wanted to have sex with anything with a heartbeat. If anyone could have read my mind they would have locked me up. I cut it down to two pumps and I feel more normal now, with a good sex drive. Better mood and energy too. I am 57.

I have been using 4 pumps of AndroGel for about the last 5 months.  I am 71 years old, and the last testosterone level at my last test was 1001, which is high.  In the last month or so I am so horny I can hardly stand myself.  I am going to have to decrease the dosage because I am hornier now than I was as a teenager.  Has anyone else had this reaction to the medication?  I love what AndroGel has done for me.  It has restored my sex life and given me a lot of energy, but I too horny at this point.

For the first two weeks, I had frequent acne breakout.  Once my system got used to it, the acne left.

I recently started taking an oral testosterone....I have been taking Lisinopril for about a year. I developed severe frontal pressure headaches for the first 2 weeks of taking the oral testosterone. Thinking it was the oral test making it to the liver, leaving me feeling flu like. I switched to Androgel....after 1 day I have the exact same headache. Can there possiblely be an irtereaction happening between the testosterone and the lisinopril? I can't find one other example on line.....
