    taking azilect for about 18 months. great for about 15 months . now i have extreme fatigue.
    must lie down after the slightest exertion. currently taking 1mg daily. thinking of cutting in half.
    other pd symptioms are mild. i must be mentally alert for accounting like job. so far ok.
