Ok, called ped and they said to use Bacitracin and call if it isn't better by Monday.
@SupremeKourt bacitracin works the same and is probably cheaper
@sinaxii Sounds like it is infected. Try some piercing cleaning solution or bacitracin. Wear earrings more often.

58 year old 168 pound male used Bacitacin on incision site on head. After 10 days eyes, nose and incision site began to itch and rash appeared, incision drainage occured. Discontinued use. Eyes and face became puffy. Day 13 face and eyes were very swollen. Other drugs taken the first 7 days: Septra DS
