My doctor had me apply betadine…
My doctor had me apply betadine as a wet to dry dressing on a wound that wasn't healing. It burned my skin like acid and caused the area to be covered in blisters. Very painful. I was later told it can be caustic.
I applied the cream after…
I applied the cream after diluting in water on the wound for heeling 4-5 times in a day. Within two days wound was heeled however I got the side effects ofthe Betadine(redning of skin,swelling of skin and wrinkles on the skin. Please provide the remedy to overcum adverse effects.Thanks

Betadine was applied before abdominal surgery to my thighs and abdomin. I have what looks like a severe burn and itches like heck. I'm taking claratine and a six day steroid pack. It hasn't reduced much. Are there better remedies for this burn and itching?
