Bleomycin

I received Bleomycin, cisplatin and sterile vinblastine sulfate every three weeks for 2-3 years 35 years ago. I was being treated for germ cell cancer, chorio carcinoma. I guess I shouldn't complain, but now when exerting myself, I can feel my lungs refusing to open up and exchange CO2 & O2. It's like they have been seared shut. I have enough O2 to lead a normal life, however when I ride my bicycle up a big hill, I hit an impasse and my lungs lack of elasticity, and permeability stop me cold. I have to pant like a dog and or stop my exertion. Is there a support group or a group of survivors like me who have tips on how to manage this or regain VO2?

Our daughter is on BEOCOPP protocol for recurrence of Hodgkin's disease  and the last shot of each cycle contains Bleomycin. She has been through two rounds now and each time immediately after the bleomycin she has developed an acute colitis which has opened the way for an acute clostridium infection.
Does bleomycin have this as a known side effect (colitis) and is there any prophylaxis for it?
