Brivanib

After 2 weeks of 800 mg q day my nausea and diarhea became much worse.  I was either vomitting or having diarhea during the day or night.  Tried zophran, stemetil (both), immodium, taking the drug at night instead of the day but nothing helped.  I was experiencing fatigue so much so that I could barely spend time with my family or even prepare a meal.  My quality of life was gone.  My lower back pain became excruciating.  I'm withdrawing from the study after 6 weeks.  I will see what the CT scan shows tomorrow, but do not have the will to continue with this drug.  I'm only 45 and need to be able to have a more active lifestyle 'til the end.
