Any Intake above 150mg/day resulted in episodes of tinnitus (ringing in ear) above normal levels (currently have tinnitus), irritability, anxiety (taking for anxiety), depression, lethargy, confusion, lack of concentration, memory loss/increased difficulty in recalling information.
