Caduet

I have been taking Caduet for about two years, 60 mg smallest dosage.
I have a little swelling in my ankles...my Doctor raised the dosage to the next highest dosage, 240 mg. I think. I don't have it yet it is at the CVS pharmacy.

I have had some stomach cramps, leg cramps, feet cramps and finger cramps, I'm beginning to get liver spots on my arms and hands, never had those before, I have a headache about once a week, or so. I feel like days that my throat is closing up. I can't swallow, I feel dizzy sometimes, weakness and very sleepy everyday. I am afraid to be increasing the dosage, with all the symtoms I have already. Can you explain
the damages, possibly to the liver, the cramping of my legs, feet and hands, my right hip and leg, when I get up, I have to stand for awhile before I walk away. My head hurts more than ever, Not really bad, but I've never had headaches, my eyes feel blurring about three or four times a week. I've had my eyes checked about one month ago, thorough exam by opthomologist, I needed NO glasses. I feel dizzy at least a few minutes everyday, weakness, tiredness and very sleepy. All things I have never felt before, I have developed liver spots on my arms and hands, which I have never had before. Pain in my legs (lower part). Please advise, is any of these symtoms of Caduet?
