    I am 75 years old and have a severe osteosporosis. I have rare occasional extrasysloes treated occasionalyl and effectively with very very small dose of metoprolol citrate. Would you please let me know as to whether I could try with very small doses with calcitriol. I will follow up ion serum calcium twice a week in the first week after the initial treatment with Calcitriol. and will follow up serum calcium weekly. Extrasysstoles happened for 5- minutes every 1-2 weeks lately and effectively treated with only one dose of metoprolol each time.

    My wife started taking Gemcal 5 days back as she was back pain. Doctor prescribed Gem 2 daily and she has started getting headaches, nauseam, dizziness and very weak for last 3 days.

    I have asked her to stop taking it now. Hope it doesn't becomes seriouse issue.
