I have taken 20mg doses of cialis 8 times, and have vomited 4 times within hours and have experienced nausea after all of them. I tend to find the drug SIGNIFICANTLY speeds up my heart rate to a worrying speed while any form of sexual contact sends it, and subsequently the nausea, into overdrive. For any other guys taking this i'd recommend doing so about an hour after you've had a meal. Taking it while you're eating or on an empty stomach will have you clutching onto your toilet basin instead of the girl.
