Clarinase

When i took clarinase I got a severe irriation and redness on my tongue and my left hand thumb is sweeling :(((

when i took clarinase for 3 days i was fine. no change immediately. but when i stopped i realised that there wer red spots all over my legs. not sure if it was an allergy.

Usually I would refrain from taking Clarinase at all costs because of the side effects but last night my nose was very blocked until I couldn't breath. I took Clarinase to clear my blocked nose since it was the only medicine I have at home. A few hours after ingestion,the familiar side effects started kicking in. I feel dizzy/lightheaded as if I'm floating and it was hard for me to think clearly. My ears also started ringing.

I took Clarinase and got a severe migraine on the second day. Other symptoms include confusion, my brain is telling my mouth to say something and it comes out confused. Eg, I think I am saying 'Hi, how you doing' but I say 'Hi, doing you how', It was comical and unbelievable.

I took clarinase before I went to bed, and could sleep at all!!

Same here, When I take clarinase I'm perfect for the whole day, I sleep well & wake up alert. I smoke so cigarettes pollutes my nasal passage. my worry is the side effects it may have .I take about 4 packets a year

When I take the clarinase, I become perfect. If I stop it, the same problem comes back to me such as running, itching nose and too much eye tears. Is there any harm to me If I continue taking it for few days?

After I took the new Clarinase 24 hr...my ear starts ringing...and my hearing gets distorted.

Used to take Clarinase long ago with no problems at all. New Clarinase*24hr is excellant for clearing nasal passage and allergy however it made me so drowsy I feared falling while walking. Can't find the old non 24hr Clarinase anymore.

is clarinase decrese swollen ear that is swollen inside?

I have been having sever sore throat and now I am okay, except swollen ears on the inside and therefore unable to hear fully

I took one tablet of Clarinase about 5 and a half hours ago and about 1 hour ago I started feeling light headed. Now im seriously light headed and my body is shaking. My lips are stating to go numb. I feel really weird.

Based on the report above, of course she felt all of those. Every cold/sneeze medicine makes us sleepy. Anyway, Clarinase is good.

i feel depressed and i fight with every one who talk to me and after sneezing i feel numbness in my body and i cant sleep if some one woke me up after taking clarinase and it work for short duration

I am facing too much algetic porble alongwith cold while waking up in the morning, but after taking the Clarinase I am getting much relief for algetic problems for 3 or 4 days only after again it comes , so I would like to know whether there is any side effects and health problem if I take this capsule alternatively,please.

i have a heavy and cold and took 1 clarinase tablet, within half an hour i had a dry mouth, and severe stomach cramps. what should i do?

Just take 2 pills after a meal have a good sleep...ur surely to feel better.. 8-)

i take it 3 times after meal per day, its right?

i have had to difficulty to go to feces and a bit void. How to? :'(

@Tracy: Most likely you've built up immunity to it. The same thing happened to me for a few different over-the-counter drugs if I take them regularly enough. But stop for long enough and interval and they might start working for you again.

I've taken clarinase for many years and it's always worked. Recently it has stopped being effective. What could the reason be?
