    i am a gout patient and i was prescibed colchicin in 2009. i took 1 tablet for every 2 hours and the first 3 tablets showed no symptoms at all. the fourth tablet which i took made me dizzy, agitated, diarrea, reduced mobility and vomitting for the next 24 hours. i took a lot of water within that hours and i was a bit better the next day. since that incident i only took one tablet a day.
