I too had SVT after cyclizine, very scary experience.

I had a Cyclizine injection in the muscle of my upper arm two weeks ago. My arm is painful to touch and when I lift arm up, the muscle from just above elbow to near under arms really hurts

my name is norma i have been prescribed cyclizine for inner ear problems vertigo but after readig patient leaflet i am very anxious on taking it

I was in A&E early hours this morning due to a gallbladder condition that i have, whilst i was there, i was administered cyclizine through a drip in my arm. Within seconds i my heart raced so fast to the point i thought i was about to either have a heart attack, faint or die, my body went limp, i was confused and full of panic, my jaw was chattering so fast i thought my teeth would break, i felt sick and wanted to run around screaming for help, It was a very frightening experience and very powerful, i didnt know what was happening to me, i called out for the nurses and 3 of them came over to assist, they took my blood pressure and said my heart rate was high and they couldnt understand the reaction as cyclizine was given to me as an anti sickness, another nurse came over and said she had been with a patient before who claimed to have the same reaction, i could only describe it as a powerful rush of anxiety or panic attack, it took a few hours to completely calm down and feel back to normal.  I will make sure i am never given this again!!

i took a mix of cyclizine and tramodol and i experienced sever convulsions, hallucinations, rapid heart beat, anaxiaty for 4 days. It has been a month now since i made  this fatal mistake and i experience daily horrifick nightmares where i have been heard to speak in toungs, i feel completly detracked from my life and feel as though my brain has been broken, i am so scared that i will be this way for the rest of life?

i am 46 years old , weaight 15 stone . i took nine cyclizine tabets of a coures of thirty . over three days . As the pain releaf i was taken made me feel sick . my body started to show side efects ie shaking , pains in groen , loss of control of my movements , left arm , head , eye lids , notwalk with out stck , teeth chattering ,  speech , and consontration . Was told that would last two to fore weeks . but i have had these systems 16 april 2010 till this date . when will it stop ? any onfo please . david .

Been taking cyclazine for 2 days for the 3rd time and they still give me insomnia and anxiety

I have been given cyclizine 50mg to treat my sickness during migraine.
I have taken 2 tablets instead of the 1 recommended but I was so sick I felt it was necessary (big mistake on my side). 20 minutes later I've collapsed on the floor unable to move at all. I could only move my eyes. It has lasted 7 jours before regaining control of almost all my muscles... 2 days later and I still feel weak in my hand/ arms and knees.
