What is somewhat misleading…
What is somewhat misleading is Dephyze using a claim of kills 99.9999% of germs as though it represents more than microbials they tested it against, which is likely to be less than 100. Also, the implication that this effectiveness claim is representative of all their products. At the end of the day it is the active ingredient that is the key. Benzalkoniium Chloride is present in a few very good hand sanitizers, such as MicroArmor which are equally if not more effective, naturally derived and offerred at a more competitive cost. You also have to wonder why they are changing the name over to Clean Phirst.

I find it interesting that…
I find it interesting that a patient was "treated with Dephyze". Why? DepHyze isn't a drug, a treatment or a medication of any kind. It is the brand name for a full line of powerful and very effective cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting products. My experience with these products has been absolutely positive!
All of the DepHyze products that I've tried do everything that the company says they will do. For instance, the foaming hand sanitizer is safe, effective, alcohol-free, leaves a persistance barrier on the skin, has a skin moisturizer and even smells good. Everything is just like the company states.
For instance patient age, height, and other physical and medical history data are missing. Where was this patient treated and by who? Also, I don't understand what the reported side effect actually was. "pharmaceutical product counterfeit" was listed as the "side effects". What does that mean? Once again, Dephyze is not a product, it's a brand name attached to a range of products. Which product caused the alleged side effects and how was it used?
Symagin is the brand name for a limited number of products created for use by the military. The main product in this line, Symagin 3D Liquid, is a very powerful (99.99999%) military-strength decontaminant, disinfectant, and moldicide solution created to replace bleach. All of this information can be found by searching "DepHyze" on your favorite web search application.
The bottom line? Bob from Missouri is basically correct. Unless you use DepHyze products incorrectly they are safe and effective. Overall, I'd have to say the claim of alleged side effects in this posting lacks too much detail to be taken seriously.
